Installation in 4 easy steps
Step 1. Signs
In the first step, the desired position of the ceiling hook is marked. To do this, mark the four holes on the ceiling with a pen. This means everything is optimally prepared for drilling the holes.
Step 2. Drill
Now you can start drilling the holes. First, pre-drill with an 8mm drill and then complete the hole with a 12mm drill. The borehole must then be thoroughly cleaned.
Step 3. Impact
As soon as the drill holes have been thoroughly cleaned, the screws and concrete anchors can be driven into the ceiling. A hammer can be used for this. Make sure that the anchors are stable and do not protrude.
Step 4. Fasten
In the last step, the ceiling bracket is put on and tightened with a spring washer and nut. Now your new ceiling hook is ready for a comfortable hanging chair or a sporty sling trainer.
